BELSTAFF AND “AMELIA EARHART”

Once again Belstaff comes back on the big screen creating the style of Hilary Swank in the new upcoming movie “Amelia”. 

 
Based on original designs and reference from the period of Amelia Earhart’s flying gear, Belstaff recreated two jackets and multiples worn by the Amelia character.

The jackets include the Belstaff Trench and the Belstaff Bomber in Cuero, Suede and Cognac.
Amelia personifies the Belstaff brand, independence, adventure, free spirit, ambition, an icon. Most importantly, Amelia was a pioneer in fashion and her style and designs led the way for how women of that era would dress. 

Belstaff has created these special jackets around the legend of Amelia Earhart. It's an act of love for the rebellious icon who devoted her life to challenge and adventure, casting male privilege aside and claiming the freedom to pursue her destiny outside the female stereotypes of her time period.

On the occasion of the Italian release of the film, Belstaff will host in the Flagship Store of Rome on Tuesday 22nd December an exclusive cocktail party and the Italian première of the movie at the Metropolitan Cinema. 

 
During the event will be shown the original clothes worn by the actors Hilary Swank, Richard Gere and Ewan Mc Gregor.
